This one may very well be rational, but smokers in the winter. I understand, it's cold, I understand you don't want to go very far from the warmth, but get the f*** away from doors while you're smoking.

that's the worst, especially when I join the call late and am trying to act like I've been in the call the whole time

I used to be on a weekly ESRB anti-piracy conference call. The call normally lasted about an hour, and one week someone actually called in at the 50 minute mark. Why?

While this is annoying (as are all conference calls in general) it can be helpful in case you were going to talk smack about someone that you assumed would not be in the meeting

My wife started using lavender oil to help her sleep. It probably doesn't work and it makes my eyes itchy as I'm allergic to it. Happy wife happy life right? Right.

Has she tried melatonin? Probably far more effective.

It could be worse. My wife uses peppermint oil for her migraines (it def works), but if I get close it's like someone is spraying Vicks in my eyes.
