Has she tried melatonin? Probably far more effective.

It could be worse. My wife uses peppermint oil for her migraines (it def works), but if I get close it's like someone is spraying Vicks in my eyes.
Hmm. Nope. I'll have to have her look into both of those. I love the smell of peppermint bit lavender is pure stink.

Seriously man, get melatonin. Half the time it's BOGO at the grocery store (along with all the other supplements). It's legit, I can attest to it.

Do this and, if she's having trouble sleeping, invest in good pillows of you haven't already. Makes a world of difference

Her problem isn't necessarily sleeping..it's waking up. She sleeps 19 hours and still is dead tired.

I've had a touchscreen phone for several years now and I still hate it. I'm not getting any better at it. My new phone has a huge screen, which I thought would make it easier. But its not, and the autocorrect on the newer version of Android (or possibly it's LG's doing) is much more militant.

I agree. 19 hours of sleep and she's waking up tired? There's something wrong there.

People that shovel their driveway like four times during a snowfall of six inches or something. I mean, I can understand (maybe) if we are talking like a 2-3 foot blizzard, but it's six **** inches. You really think shoveling every new inch that falls in your driveway is easier than just doing it all at once? Get a life.

Agree, except when they are old people that may not be able to lift the heavier snow. But otherwise healthy people, I agree. I wait until it is pretty much over and then shovel.

If someone isn't tired after 19 hours of sleep something is wrong with them. Why are they getting 19 hours of sleep anyway?

9 hours, however...

For wet, heavy snow, I shovel it every 2-3 inches.

Haters gonna hate.

But my back will thank me.

It's better than my neighbors, who give up parking in their driveway when the snow falls and just park in the street. So then when the plows come by, they have to go around their cars and we just get one lane plowed on our street.

They would get towed if they lived here.

Has she seen a doctor? She should have her blood levels checked, specifically her thyroid levels.

Regarding the snow, yeah some people are anal about shoveling. They are usually the same people anal about their lawns in the summer and cutting the grass and weeding like two times a week. I wait until after the snow is done. For the snow today, I will probably shovel tonight or tomorrow morning. No big rush. We have 24 after the end of the snow to clean the sidewalks.

Same thing with the leaves in fall. I just wait until they all fall off the tree to rake them up. And even then I don't get every single leaf.

Thats a out right. You can clear it real quick when its low. Id rather shovel for 5-10 minutes several times than 25 minutes once.

I'm sure my neighbors have an IPP about me using the snowblower at 5:30 am.

I also don't give a damn.

Yes, which makes it an IPP.
