Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I love that "in stereo" is no a catch phrase during these Uso matches. When the hell was the last time anyone other than these turds referred to something as "in stereo"

Its a day and age where crowds parrot "NINE NINDEE NINE!!" Get a chant that is 3 to 4 syllables and they eat out of the palm of your hand.

Da big guy is great.
So with Cena being in a classic Survivor Series match, does that mean no Les ad at SS either?

I had no idea Rollins' bodyguard was Joey Mercury. That's pretty funny.

Its like they wrote this story for Ambrose, then Cena whined and wanted more attention, and so they just crossed Ambrose's name out and penciled in Cena's.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
Cena's character is insufferable. There is no surprise ever with him.
Zzzzzz Orton face turn.
Anyway, I actually didn't hate the end of HIAC. Ambrose and Rollins' route to the top of the WWE is through each other. We've seen that no one goes over Cena. Amrbose will have a great feud with Wyatt, but the problem with it is someone is going to be sent considerably down the card. Hoepfully, it's Wyatt and Ambrose can return to Rollins, maybe eventually feuding for the MITB case. I can't see these two not being the future.
Is the most Ziggler thing ever to be incredibly over with the crowd five months before getting swept 2-0 in a PPV match of the night in 2/3 falls match againstn Ziggler Poor Cesaro. WTF happened? The dude puts on the best show but can't get over again with the crowd. I mean, he jobbed to Ambrose tonight? Couldn't you have brought Kofi Kingston or Curtis Axle out to do that?
When did I start loving Ryback?
Who is going to win the Rumble and beat Lesnar at WM? Bryan? Ambrose/Rollins/Reigns?

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
Survivor Series used to be one of the best PPV's of the year. Then they went away from what made it Survivor Series which was the 5 vs 5 elimination style matches. Now it's just like any other PPV, though at least it looks like we will see at least one traditional survivor series match.Pavel Bure wrote:Survivor Series in one of the lamest PPVs they have. Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I'd say blame Vince more than Cena. I think Cena wants to put guys over, and not be the focal point as much anymore. It seems that Vince though can't let go of his cashcow and force feeds him into anything and everything no matter who it hurts. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this company will be much better off once HHH takes over for everything. HHH pretty much gets to do what he wants at NXT and 99% of the stuff down there is really good. Vince still gets the final say on Raw and PPV's etc... and you see what we get most of the time.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote:Its like they wrote this story for Ambrose, then Cena whined and wanted more attention, and so they just crossed Ambrose's name out and penciled in Cena's.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I don't agree with LaBar much but he brought up a pretty good fantasy booking idea if Bryan is still out and Reigns isn't as over when he comes back. At the Rumble have a Hart/Lugar finish between Ambrose and Reigns. Then have Rollins cash the case for the main event at Wrestlemania(before mania so it's promoted). Which would make a fatal 4 way for the title. This way Lesnar does not lose credibility and may not even have to be pinned or submit to lose the title. You also get your youth movement in the main event in the process.TheHammer24 wrote:

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
No idea but when people are doing the bow down thing in the crowd and going nuts when he shows up, I hope people realize that reason numero uno why this entire product is at an all time suck point is that guy they're showering with worship.
also LOL how bout the WWE Network was set to debut in the UK today, all of the sudden, postponed indefinitely. Amazing consumer relations. Of course Lebar posted an article defending this ineptitude. "WWE is as upset as UK fans about the network launch delay" Okay...
