My dad has James Neal on his roster and wants to try to trade him for a D man who can score points. What would be fair value there?

Good stuff. Who takes the job in Detroit? Mrazek?
I think Lou is squarely in that middle tier next year, just not this.
I'd probably wait to make sure Florida is no good before targeting guys in that bottom tier. My other goalies are Bish and Andy. The Lehner owner is downright impossible to deal with unfortunately.

I agree. I have Lindback on my farm too, which is useful for this year only but still would be nice with lehto being a bandaid boy.Idoit40fans wrote:Dallas is getting enough firepower that when they have a decent defense, Lehtonen is going to blow up in the win column and become a top fantasy goalie. I am so frustrated that Lehner hasn't had that job for 2 years now. I don't really understand it.

I'm really hoping Campbell blows up the year before Lehtonen finally has the big injury at the end of a contract or something and he just works his way in there.Kraftster wrote:I agree. Lindback is toast. Yes, Mrazek will take the job. He'd be the backup this year but Gustavsson had another year on his deal...
I would try to trade Anderson after that shutout...

Yeah, with the Anderson extension this year and Lehner's struggles last year, I think Andy is a solid asset for two more years.Idoit40fans wrote:I am so frustrated that Lehner hasn't had that job for 2 years now. I don't really understand it.

Thankfully (as a Palat and Callahan owner), the Stamkos line and top PP has been clicking the past couple games, so I'm hoping that he doesn't disturb that.

was hedman quarterbacking the PP? that might disrupt things with him being out.Kraftster wrote:Thankfully (as a Palat and Callahan owner), the Stamkos line and top PP has been clicking the past couple games, so I'm hoping that he doesn't disturb that.

Yeah, I'm guessing Garrison becomes the point trigger man.

Yes, Stamkos and Hedman were playing on the point. I almost think Stralman's skill set makes for a better fit in the Hedman role, but I expect Garrison will get the first look.

Also, Troy, I would like to acquire Hedman. I have him in my other leagues and am looking to increase my TB shares in LGP. Don't fear the 6 weeks without production--let's make a deal!

Re: Fantasy Hockey Forum
Garrison is not a strong passer, he's a one-time shot and should probably go on a different unit than Stamkos. Anton Stralman was not often used in New York, even when they needed a RHS, instead they played Girardi - a heinous puck player...Stralman, Carle seem to make some sense...Stamkos has been roving a little bit on the Tampa PP so far and then he sneaks away to the left dot and flicks on a red light...

Re: Fantasy Hockey Forum
So, what am I to do with Slava Voynov, since I am the lucky soul who has him in my league? Is he worth hanging onto to see how this plays out, or just outright dump him and risk losing him if he comes back? I am in 1st place in a 14 team roto league, but my defense is not very solid.

Re: Fantasy Hockey Forum
Looked at the scoring for Draft Kings leagues today. Wow. 0.5 points for blcoked shots and shots on goal vs. 2 points for assists. Bizarre. Do player prices really accurately reflect a player's big shot taking/blocking tendencies?

Ew, that's silly...shot blocks in a single game are almost a random occurrence.

210 Valeri Nichushkin*, Dal F
223 Brian Campbell, Fla D

Non LGP league question, tomorrow who do you start if you have Quick and Fleury?
