Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
Believe it or not, I tuned into RAW today to hear the inevitable Paul Heyman promo, and he delivered.
What an incredible match from Rollins and Ambrose! One of the best matches I've seen on RAW. That's why I still come back to watch wrestling. Knew they were going to deliver too.
I'm hoping Kenta pans out in the WWE. Imagine turning him into a Heyman guy, and have Heyman talk for him.
I may be overreacting, but I think WWE is going to be entering another Golden Age with the talent they are bringing in. They already have about 6 guys who never have a bad match.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I didn't watch the main, but will do so on the DVR today. Sounds like a great one. Ambrose/Rollins are two of the best performers in the business today... I mean they made a lumberjack match entertaining two nights ago, so no surprise when they are given time they deliver.
If Ambrose got laid out, which it sounds like he did, it's probably because they are writing him out for month or so because he is going to be filming a movie I believe.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
So I finally watched the Ambrose vs Rollins match from Raw last night. Fantastic match. Best Raw main even in a long long time. Those two have great chemistry in the ring. Both guys got made last night. Incredible.
Also just got a text from WWE that Cena and Lesnar are having a rematch at NOC. If they give the title back to Cena that quickly.... UGH.

I downloaded the game based on this thread, and was all set to tell you guys how dumb it was. Then I couldn't stop playing it. Got my first super rare card today (Fandango) and I'm unstoppable.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I turned it on just to see Cena leaving the ring and Cole "OH MY GOD A VUNERALBE JON CENA IS IN ACTIONS TONIGHT BLAH BLAH...."
Did Cena have some sort of excuse why he lost? Did he take Brock Lesnar lightly or something?? Or some sort of injury? That's his usually mantra the once in every 8 years he loses clean.

So for S & G's, lets pretend the 9.99 joke was funny to start with. Even then, it would be completely tired and run into the ground by now. Since it started out really obnoxious to begin with, I don't even know what the phrase would be for them still hammering it home and these 3 jamokes at the announce table have to pretend 45 times a night its hysterical.

So did they squash that "New Nation" idea with Xavier Woods, Kofi, and Young because of the Fergusson stuff?

They squashed it way before that. They drop things all the time with no explanation. It was on one Raw... and nothing since.DudeMan2766 wrote:So did they squash that "New Nation" idea with Xavier Woods, Kofi, and Young because of the Fergusson stuff?
