Definitely seems to be better than his last album so far.

And that is a sick setlist for McCartney. Looks even better than the one he did for the Consol opener I was fortunate enough to go to.

I listened to Digital Witness for the first time since the St. Vincent concert a couple months ago. Man, that's good stuff. Digital Witness and Birth In Reverse are great songs.

That's all the acts, we decided to go before the full lineup was released, it's pretty unimpressive to me. I'm only looking forward to seeing:

Neutral Milk Hotel, Kendrick Lamar, St vincent, Cloud Nothings, Deafheaven, DIIV, and Real Estate. Willing to watch Tune Yards, Sharon Van etten, Circulatroy System, Dum Dum Girls and Beck. Will go sit in the grass in the back and drink beer during the other acts.

I'd watch the same bands (Tune-Yards and Sharon Van Etten I'd be looking forward to) plus Slowdive (for old times sake), Sun-Kil Moon (would travel to see him), Wild Beasts, and Neneh Cherry (her latest album is pretty good).

Weird Al is.....wow, I wouldnt call him popular. His fans are diehards though.

He seems to have peaks that correlate with his album releases. Everyone likes them for a few months, then he falls out of public consciousness until the next one.

I only heard of St. Vincent, Kendrick Lamar, and Beck. I can't think of any songs from anyone other than Beck, who I actually really like.

I was more surprised that Slowdive was still together or reunited. I thought I heard something about Rachel Goswell being either partially deaf or had some sort of balance issues awhile back.
