Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I wasn't there but a friend who was there sent me a text saying that Bad News Barrett suffered a legit bad shoulder injury and it was announced to the live crowd that he is out of the Money in the bank ladder match. FWIW He told me the referee did the "x" signal and Barrett was helped to the back with trainers in obvious pain.

I was at Smackdown, but I totally missed that BNB injury. I was kinda bored the whole time. Crowd was dead, too.

Thats ok they will pipe in crowd noise for the broadcast on Friday. Smackdown used to be the better of the two shows, now nothing of substance ever happens on Smackdown, and if it does, it just happens again on Raw on Monday.

WWE released the Summerslam DVD cover which features Brock Lesnar and Cena. Most assume this means Cena wins the MitB match for the title. My hope is that Lesnar returns at MitB and costs Cena the title, leading to their match at SS.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I'm still hoping for the scenario where Rollins wins the case, Reigns wins the title, and Rollins immediately cashes in and wins. That would be a hot angle to carry the main event scene until DB is back

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
This won't happen but I would like to see Lesnar destroy Cesaro, take his spot in the match and have him win. Then you have a hot babyface Cesaro vs Lesnar. Lesnar wins that matchup but that buys time until Lesnar vs Bryan.

Sounds like recovery not going good for bryan...talking about a second surgery. No strength in his one arm still. No clue on when he will return.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
Naomi isn't half bad in the ring. Botch there up top. Not bad so far for a divas match. Crowd not into it at all though.
