Malone, whose Suburban was impounded, also has seven traffic violations since June, including ones for speeding, failing to stop at a traffic signal and driving without proof of insurance. Tuesday he was cited for driving with a suspended license; he has an April 30 court date for that.

I've never drank and drove to the point of losing control of my car. Not once. Anyone who has is more of a problem than a cocaine user.

Nice to see you have a leniency when it comes to a DUI. I'm sure the police would let all those ppl go because hey its only 2-3 beers. He broke 2 laws. One is worse than the other. Having some coke on your person will not lead to a car crash. (I'm citing drug possession not use)

I think it was driving without PROOF of insurance which is different. driving on a suspended license is just a matter of "I don't care, I'm driving anyway."
most people of this kind of wealth are used to having others handle all the "little" things in their life. if he's separated from his wife that could easily explain him not having an insurance card in his car.

I don't wear any article of clothing for three days in a row. The only jeans I own are Kevlar lined for riding motorcycles. I wouldn't wear cargo pants or shorts for three days in a row, though.
