So the "MTV video music awards" are tonight. I remember 20+ years ago loving this show/network. Now...what a joke.

Pearl Jam and Neil Young doing "Keep on Rockin In the Free World"...amazing. Krist Novoselic hitting himself in the head with his bass...classic. Garth playing drums with U2...quality. I'm sure Justin Bieber and One Direction or whoever else lip synching will be incredible.

Case in point for the 80's: Guns and Roses. The most overeated rock band in history. They were only good compare to the Poisons, etc.

Misfits original vinyl is always a big seller. And yes....Samhain was an amazing band. Horror Biz, all murder, etc. Great great great!!!

Coincidentally Danzig and Doyle are coming to Stage AE in October for a show. I believe they are playing a misfits set.
