Haven't seen much of him lately. I hope he's keeping his hooking hands loose and warm

Putting aside my lingering bitterness, this is a heck of a game.

Honestly, I think we handled the Bruins' pressure much better than the 'Hawks are (only counting their OT/ours). Not really a great comparison since we were fighting for our lives, but the Bruins' pressure is pretty impressive.

That Horton injury certainly was odd.

I am confused. I thought Rask had an impenetrable wall behind him? What is that 3 doing beside Chicago?

The force field had a "shelf life"

It only works in the Eastern Time Zone.

The goals are a touch wider in Chicago.

Boston's D just continues to impress me. There's NEVER a man around the net unless there's at least one Bruin making his life miserable.

Glad you can literally mug a guy in the crease on OT.

Specifically, the players or the system they're using?

Can anyone get a second chance against the B's? Every rush seems to be "one and done".

(sorry for sounding like a Boston 'fan boy'. I'm actually rooting for the 'Hawks)

Both I guess. The players themselves aren't all-stars (excepting Chara). So probably more the system.

I have a Ference-signed Pens jersey. Still one of my favorite players.

Cheering for Chicago though, 'cause I like Toews and Sharp, and having Saad win would be cool.

Other star players who signed that jersey include Oliwa and Barnaby.

I keep asking myself if their D players are quietly underrated. Would they be so much better than our guys? I honestly don't know. That big guy McQuaid is impressive, imo. But they have got to be coached really well to look this good.

Wow. The momentum in this game keeps going back and forth.

I can see this going 3 or 4 OT's
