I sure hope the reds didn't pull a kill & protect on one of their own and then managed to get the same guy appointed sheriff.

I suppose I started the MWB is blue trend. Regardless, at least almost certainly know he's good, and we didn't know that about the other 14 people. Also, beyond MWB being the angel, being protected by the angel, or being a protected red, isn't it possible that the game was predetermined not to have a kill on night one so we could have a sheriff? Maybe that would be an unfair twist.

Don't really get the redwill votes.
This was my thought also. I just do not believe SDD's intentional use of blue was designed to confuse. I'm reading it as its written. MWB is blue, i.e., not the angel.
This is my thought as well... That night one was going to be a no kill night. With so few people playing I think it makes sense. Not sure what a good vote is though.

It had been so long ago since the last time it was done... and that was a much larger game than this one.

I can't imagine the reds with both abilities on the same night, with this few players.

I started the WK bandwagon and I pointed out that I had no good reason for it, so I'm a little flabbergasted how convincing the case seems to be.

No canaan sighting yet. I think he's the only one who hasn't posted.

My reasoning was, as I stated in a prior post, I was going to go back and see who had not taken a position on the issue of MWB. There seem to be two camps. I would think that a red would not want to jump too much on either side of the discussion. With so much discussion on a day 1, I like a quiet player who typically contributes vote. WK stood out to me because he simply cast an MWB vote for sheriff without saying any more. That he popped up right away after a second vote on him with a vote right back at me playing the "confusing the village" card made me feel better about my vote. Its not a sure thing, and I don't feel great, but its about as good as I can ever feel about a day 1 vote. Since that point it seemed to take off on him.

I'm just a villager. I wish I would have had more to contribute, but the whole MWB controversy seemed to be a whole lot of nothing. I won't have a lot of time to play this week anyway, so if I go out on the day 1 bandwagon, so be it. Hopefully, you can make something out of the votes on me. Good luck Tombstone residents.

If you felt it was important to do so, I'd think you would have weighed in before now. Or at least that you'd have provided some substance along with your vote.

all you need to do is ask.

I don't have a lot, as is the case with most day-1's I suppose. But I just didn't care for shaf cuddling up to redwill. on more than 1 occasion he referenced what a good player redwill was, then going out of his way to mention that he would elect him sheriff if it weren't for prevailing "logic", then he defended votes on redwill. Anyone who's played this game knows who the good players are. We don't need reminded. So I'm just making a level 1 assumption that shaf is doing this to stay out of redwill's line of sight.
