He'll slow down when he isn't playing teams like Buffalo and Columbus, who both are absolute train wrecks right now.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Nothing against you guys and not implying you do this, but I find it really funny that Pens fans want to discredit their own team and players for having great games against bad team. "Staal scored against the Isles, who cares? He still sucks" or "Great! Martin was a plus against Carolina, who absolutely sucks. You can barely count that game."
Yet when AO has good games against crappy teams it's all![Scared :scared:](./images/smilies/scare.gif)

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
The difference(and its a huge difference) is that AO is probably the most hot/cold player in the game. When he's hot, it doesn't matter who he's playing against, so if that gets him going, then he's going.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Well, if people were expecting AO to never score again, that's their own mental hurdle to overcome.

It doesn't matter what team got him going. He's a dangerous player who feeds off goals.MRandall25 wrote:He'll slow down when he isn't playing teams like Buffalo and Columbus, who both are absolute train wrecks right now.

I just flipped on VS to see the SJ/VAN game and it's going to take a while to get used to the NBC logo.
Whether or not it makes sense, it's lends some needed credibility to the league.

It's been a good game in that it seems so much quicker after having watched the Classic. I know that's part illusory ...but still.
Also, wish Douglas Murray was a Pen.

I've seen Luongo play at least 5 times this year and he has yet to win a game.
