Meh. Not a big deal really. No reason to keep Columbia around to just continue the confusion.

Well it's no big deal except now the village has another red to deal with.

Re: The Battle of Gettysburg **Game Thread**
The other option would be to have him hang around and kill off people randomly. I'm fairly certain that his "brother" is the vig who shot on even numbered nights. Long run, it's more detrimental to the village to have columbia around.Sam's Drunk Dog wrote:Well it's no big deal except now the village has another red to deal with.

Re: The Battle of Gettysburg **Game Thread**
Let's consider who his brother is.
If we assume his brother didn't vote to kill him, those that didn't vote for him including myself are the following:
IrishEyes
Rylan
MWB
pittsports87
I don't think its ps87. My bet is on rylan.

I'm guessing that the brother was the one shooting on even nights, and now that has changed to more of a JOAT-like role?thehockeyguru wrote:As a result of Columbia’s death his partner and remaining Gettysburg Mason enlisted as a Confederate Officer to avenge the death of his brother. You could say that his new role allowed him to do a little of this and a little of that.

I know i'm not supposed to be posting in this thread, but I *am* following it closely because I obviously have a lot to learn. but what's a JOAT? Re: The Battle of Gettysburg **Game Thread**
A jack of all trades. Standard issue is one vig shot, one investigate, and one protect, to be used one at a time at joats discretion. Can be modified by the mod to include more of each of these, and/or more powers like role block, vote rig (cancel or double) etc

I'm guessing there are three reds and two greens at this point. I think sloppy is the best vote.

This is the vote order on Columbia. Early votes would probably not be the brother. Any could be red if they believed what he was saying and thought the kill would help them.thehockeyguru wrote:(6) - Columbia - (Bhaw, Kraftster, Slappy, TL, Zaro, TWC, LITT)

I think Rylan could possibly be the brother. I just think slappy is bad.

Re: The Battle of Gettysburg **Game Thread**
Yea, I went back and read through the thread, and you are just bad at this game.
First, I voted for EPP. The mac vote has been explained. I understood redwill to be making a role claim.
If your justification now is that I was too quick to jump on columbia, I voted at 9:35, and then don't even vote for columbia until almost an hour later, and only once I've engaged in some conversation with him to try to get some more information. If you read my exchange with him, its anything but "jumping on him too quick."
Have there been any recruits in writeups since mac investigated SDD? I think its just you are bad at the game rather than being bad in the game.
I'm inclined to vote for one of MWB, kraftster, or LITT. MWB because I never have any idea what he is, and Kraftster because of a hunch.
Litt also hasnt been himself.
PS87 has been quiet as well which is unlike him, but I dont really know his style in this game as I think hes new to these games.

Re: The Battle of Gettysburg **Game Thread**
Irish Eyes and Rylan are players I'm not familiar with this late in games who have been pretty quiet. I actually forgot Irish Eyes was even still around.
I have concern about Troy being so quiet. I seem to be bad at reading him, so his quietness leaves me wanting to vote for him. LITT on the quiet side too but seems blue to me.
This is definitely quiet for ps87, though he gave a RL excuse I think? for being so quiet.
MWB, Zaro, bhaw pretty standard games for each player.
SDD seems to be too out in the open to have a role, imo.
slappy seems blue to me to be honest.
shoot Troy

Well...I was wrong about TWC.
I'm leaning towards kraftster...he made a pretty long post without saying very much at all.

I think IE and Krafty are both bad. IE played similarly when I was on her team as baddies. I could vote for either.
