NHL GM Wars Game Thread

Don Waddell (Corvidae) got a call on his cell phone.

"Hello?"

The line went dead.

He clicked the phone closed and looked up just in time to see a giant (ban?)hammer swinging towards him.

Steve Tambellini (mac5155) sat watching old video of the glory days in Edmonton. He wishes he would have such success.

In walked a man with a gun in his hand and he was looking for you know who. He put the gun to Tambellini's head and pulled the trigger.

"HA HA HA!!!! I'm protected *smurfette*!"

The man pulled the hammer back to load the next chamber

"Nope....you were blocked"

BANG!!!

the badhands vote made absolutely no sense yesterday...at least the SDM vote had some logic behind it.

I originally voted for MWB yesterday, said I suspected SDM, and decided to switch over to SDM. MWB came in extremely late on the vote for SDM, after he was extremely hesitant to vote for him before. He accompanied the deciding vote with a "Well I don't believe SDM's story about tfrizz being bad". To me, this was an obvious attempt to try and vote for the other baddie, while distancing himself from him by saying that he didn't agree with what he said.

MWB went from refusing to join the SDM vote to suddenly casting the final vote, along with the canned disapproval of SDM's view on tfrizz. That's enough for me.

Why so antsy? The reason I voted for sdm is because his excuse for tfrizz didn't make any sense. When he came out with his, "Hold on before you vote for me," I was suspicious. When his excuse was we should go for tfrizz for switching is vote I thought a vote for sdm was fine.

sorry if that was hard to follow. In a nutshell, it seemed like a desperate, last-ditch attempt to look legitimate after he knew his friend was going down. When there are only two reds left, I can tell you right now that you will want to wait as long as possible before contributing to the other's death.

If I didn't vote for sdm I would have been guilty for not voting. Since I voted and used logic, I'm also guilty?

When did I say I was "extremely hesitant" to vote for sdm? If it's because I didn't vote for him earlier, then I was extremely hesitant about everyone.
