I contend that it is 2nd/3rd level thinking on the alphas part to recruit inactives while killing high profile players. You're saying it's the simple strategy?

Ah, but there's a problem with this. I do believe that's what happened so far, but if it is what happened, and we all have it figured out... the alpha may change their tactics.

i'm not writing that out again....basically saying people like beerman, canaan, NAN are all going to start accusing each other at some point if any of them are villagers...atlaest thats how it was when i was alpha....

i just see the alpha following a simple strategy of kill-nan....recruit zarovich...

i'd actually rather start on some active players with lower profiles....but i'm suspicious of everyone right now...

I suspect the alpha will recruit across the spectrum, and kill off the veterans he doesn't recruit.
Anyone have a current vote count? Is it Canaan in the lead with PFIDC and Zarovich close behind, and a slew of people with a vote or two?

Okay. Even saying the heck with trying to figure out what strategy the slugs are using, it's obvious that they're getting the good players out of the way. This is why I was saying that the alpha (or possibly a recruit) is a veteran player.

I realize that it's probably not smart to help them by also getting rid of good players, but how else are we supposed to find them? Juice, you want to salt Zaro? Fine.
