The woman I spoke to said they aren't doing any advance marketing because they don't have the staff to keep up with demand. When they are ready to move into your neighborhood they will blitz your area with overnight packages and other marketing material.

They dug up the bottom of my plan all the way up to the first house on the street and stopped 6-12 months ago. I can't wait until they start tearing up my yard!
