Some cool facts from Penguins Insider - Credit to Jonathan Bombulie

Three nifty stats, courtesy the Penguins media relations department.
1. The Penguins are 38-10-3-2. They would finish over .500 even if they lost every game for the rest of the season (27 of them).
2. The Penguins are 19-5-1-1 on the road. They are one point shy of the franchise record for road points in a season (41) set last year.
3. The Penguins are one win shy of the franchise record for wins in a season, set last year.

It's amazing they continue to do so well, despite the fact that the big club basically gutted their team.

We need to get some of what they are drinking in WBS and bring it over here to Pittsburgh.

Pretty amazing stuff.

It's strange that as the NHL team continues to struggle the AHL team has an amazing season. It shows promise though. Another reason to be cheerful. :)

I'm sure if the NHL club got to play AHL teams, their record would be almost as good as WB's.

Hey, maybe we can get the Pens to move the AHL baby Pens to Pittsburgh after the Big club goes to K.C. or Portland.

<Ducking> Just kidding, just kidding
