Speeding behind a truck that wanted to turn. Voracek then crashed the left side of the truck, then he hit a utility pole and a tree. No alcohol involved.

Blesk.cz quoted Voracek as "It was just a tiny accident, not worth mentioning..."

That doesn't look "tiny" to me.
Also, who buys a blue Ferrari?

BTW, this is the damage estimate according to the Czech Police (the CZK/USD exchange rate is ~20:1)
Truck: CZK 50,000
Utility pole: CZK 1,000
Tree: CZK 1,000
Ferrari: CZK 3,000,000
Total: CZK 3,052,000
I'd say the pole and the tree won...

Incidentally, that's one of the most frequent comments under the Czech articles about the accident!

Kladno police spokeswoman Michaela Novakova confirmed that the direction of the nearby Kladno brothers crashed Ferrari, which went for a truck. "The driver born in 1989 could not safely stop, ripped management and drove in the opposite direction," said Doe.
That would be the first thing I'd do after an accident.

Is "Mo alcohol" also an approved unit of measurement? I personally like the "two per mile" standard.
And I've been waiting a long time to read someone "positively nedobrzdiled" their BMW sports car.
Ondřej Pavelec Positively nedobrzdil BMW sports car and crashed into a car stopping at a stop sign. The police had the breath test measured two per mille of alcohol in the blood.

This is why...just because you have money...doesn't mean you should spend it on a car you have no business driving.
Glad hes okay though.

Yep. I guess that's why airbags exist.
He even paid the fine on the spot.

Does "mo alcohol" mean "more" or is it "no".

Urgh - I just realized my typo.
So, NO alcohol in Voracek's accident. (Unlike Pavelec who blew 2.0 last summer and got his Czech driver's licence suspended for 20 months.)

In his defence, driving in rural Czech Republic is sort of insane. No offense intended Tomas (or other comrades from CZ). My wife is Czech, and last year in our travels there, I must have either been in, or witnessed about 6 near accidents. Of course, non czech's can't drive
. And zero alchol allowed as a driver to boot....

I love Google translation:
Fortunately, he was hurt in an accident, suffered only car
I suffered car once. It hurt.

Wow. First thing that came to my mind was Pelle Lindbergh's accident. I can't believe Voracek's fine--looked close to him being...not.

and even when they do they pay so much to insure cars like this that it's really no different than anybody else. it's like the old saying goes, "if you have to ask then you can't afford it."
