I love broomball, though I haven't played in like 17 years. When I was at PSU, a bunch of us would rent the rink at midnight and play for an hour straight. It's a blast!

I'd rather use the ice to play hockey, but I'm silly that way. :D

I played last year while at a Computer conference in Boise, ID. It was part of event night. If I was not a hockey nut, I would have probably had more fun. It felt like I was back in high school when the gym teacher would hand out sticks, throw a hockey ball down, & set everyone loose. There were just too many people there on a team, so it was difficult to get any flow going. I have to say, though, that for the casual fan, it was a blast, because most of the people had a great time. I must admit that it was a little more difficult to pull a 'hook & drag' move with those 'brooms'!
