Franck signs qualifying offer (Nailers)

The Wheeling Nailers, the ‘AA’ affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, announce today that all-star goaltender Andy Franck has signed a qualifying offer. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

I was hoping that with the change of the guard the "not disclosed" policy would change too.

My sources say that it was a 3 year, $60,000 deal.
