WWVI Signups.

Post by Senka »

We can either...
A) get this thing off the ground now with enough participation...
B) wait until monday, september 29. . . to start.

So please when you sign up, lemme kno if both dates are okay, and which on you perfer. i'll try to please as many people as i can.

Again-If you have a 2nd board name, maybe use them. idk how many people actually do, but i encourage some village confusion, not based on wellknown names etc. and trends of how ppl play. but quite frankly, its all good.

Sign away! looking for 23 villagers

I'll play, either date is fine with me although I'll probably be able to be around more this week

I'm only using this board name, I don't feel like signing up again.

I leave for vacation Wednesday after work, so I'm out if it starts this week.

I get back next Monday evening, so if you start next week, and I don't get eaten or lynched within the first few hours, then I'm in for next week.

That's what she said!

I currently don't have it in me to do another one. Also, I'll probably get capped just for being a d-bag last game.

id love to use a different name but the signup and activation process seems like it takes awhile

Bah, elite company.

You benefited from the luck and stupidity. Jaysmiter and I did more damage to that game than you ever did.

Maybe we can change the roles a bit, ala Mafia or Vampires or something.

In, but I'll be limited if we go into next week. Just because I can't post all day does not make me a wolf. Please take note of it.

I guess I'm in. I'd rather start Monday rather than tonight, just so I can get more work done this week, and take a bit of a break. But whatev.

One thing that's keeping "irregulars" like me out is that there seems to be an expectation that you're available to post all day, every day, or you're hurting the game. I've followed the last three games, and it seems like fun, but there's no way I could keep up with how serious y'all are about it. I suspect you're getting mostly the same set of people every game largely because you're selecting for the people who have the time and energy to devote to a serious game. Maybe if you ran a slower game - independent of the "normal" game, but at the same time - you'd get a different dynamic and a different set of folks in it. Just let the game run for a month, and tell people to try to check once a day, and people who wanted a less relaxed game could play in the three or four fast games that were run over the same period.

I guess I posted in the other thread. I'll be in if you don't fill up and want to get the game going, but if someone else wants the spot, they can have it.

and yeah, dan. no matter what role you get, checking in once or twice a day is just fine. some people aren't around often and some people just say that. works either way. if you end up a role player, once or twice a day is still fine. if it takes a while for a write-up, we'll just get mad at senka, not you.

I'll play but I'm kinda like Dan H. I won't be hardcore like some but I'll try my best to get on as much as possible. Unless I get eaten/lynched the first night/day :P
