Question to Admin regarding signature

Anyone know how to get this pimpin .gif to be my signature? I already tried to go to my profile and make it work, but it won't. It's my avatar from the other penguins board and I want this to be my signature. :D

no sigs allowed

sigs are globally turned off per admin (see previous post on the subject from a couple days ago)
