I wish they'd get rid of verizon navigator. No one uses it

My iPhone battery died, so I picked up a Galaxy S3.

I already hated trying to manage music on my iPhone with Itunes and this seals the deal.

What software are yinz using to manage music files?
Songbird? Amarok?

I use Google Play Music. That's not what you're looking for though...

I use Plex. It logs into my PC at home so I can access music, movies, and my DVR.

I wondered what that was for. It's been updated a couple of times since I got my phone in October, but I didn't know what it did.

The nice thing about Google Play Music is it will allow you to pick which songs (playlists too) to be kept locally - nice if you concerned with bandwidth restrictions.

My Droid 4 just updated, and the typing system has been wonky all morning. The backspace doesn't work like normal (it deletes the word then moves everything around), and the auto capitalization has been shoddy at best.

I wasn't too happy with the default mail client or the one dedicated to Gmail, so I installed Inomail:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... mail&hl=en" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This will seem very familiar to anyone who has had an iPhone.

have you tried google music? Instead of managing the files you can stream everything in your catalog, or let the app download your library in parts or in its entirety. What I like about it is that you can log in from a browser and listen to your tunes from anywhere.

music.google.com

Winamp has a pretty sweet app, also, and you can use the PC client to manage your device.

Finally heard a release date for the Samsung Galaxy S4 for Verizon: May 30th.
The phones are expected to be released in the US on 4/27.
According to the link below, AT&T expected to accept pre-orders today.

http://www.gottabemobile.com/2013/04/16 ... t-verizon/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Sounds like AT&T is charging $200 for 16GB and $250 for 32GB. I'm hoping Verizon stays at that price as well.

I can't wait...my contract is up the 16th. So, this is perfect timing.

I have always been partial to the HTC android phones. I've used four different models and liked them all. Though I have to admit I still hate the touch screen. Using it on the One S since last fall and I still can't type.
