If Jagr was dying alive when he was the best player in the NHL in a low key market like PGH, can you imagine how he will feel when Pronger, the Philly press, and the maniac cannibal Flyers fans turn on him when he inevitably goes through one of his funks?

If somebody has a chance to cleanly knock him into next week, they'll take it, other than that just beat em on the scoreboard
Who knows with JJ's attitude and that lockerroom he might not even still be in Philly come December.

I feel like i'm at FlyersPhans.com right now. Ironic considering the team the comments are being directed towards.

When I heard other teams came late to the dance... I knew Svoboda brought in Philthy...
This is a very fitting ending to that SOB's career. Good Luck JJ. Keep your head up through the neutral zone.

That probably factored into his decision. Seriously. He thinks he'll be top dog.Gaucho wrote:Does JJ even know that the Flyers traded Carter and Richards?

I bet this is great for business.
Wonder if LGP can market Jagr deer urine to go next to his PB.

Shero has a handshake agreement in place with Jagr for Brooks Orpik to beat his ass at center and carry his head around on a pike.

Re: Penguins want Jagr back?!
Since Richie is gone - the Flyers needed someone for Pronger to beat up in the locker room.
The Flyers may be great at some point - but bringing in that many new players, it usually takes some time to mesh. How much time? Who knows, but how much time does a 39 year old hockey player have?
Jagr is taking a risk here - but of course, not financially.
