Get the same answer. Must be because "epp" in and of itself is too short and is probably fairly common.dodint wrote:Add an asterisk. EPP*

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
lol no a lot of people knew he was EPP but it felt so good catching him in such an egregious and unnecessary fabrication.
If he would have just said something about seeing him on campus in a comedy act, it probably would have passed muster. But then, it was edited to add the erroneous article. First rule of lying: Never, ever become overwhelmed with detail.

The dood sitting next to you at Happy Hour speaking way too loud to the guy next to him about all of the amazing Apps he loaded onto his new phone. He has pointed out the 'lonely guy in town looking for action' App more than a few times.

That MA outlaws happy hour and any discounted drink specials. Silliness.

Do you still also do GF? I have a couple cookbooks that could be useful. They are dairy free, gf, and egg free, but definitely not vegan.shmenguin wrote:Looking online for dairy free recipes and finding a bunch of BS vegan crap.

When someone tried to explain this to me I just found it utterly absurd. Amazing that such a "liberal" state could have such Puritan-influenced drinking laws.obhave wrote:related...BigMcK wrote:The dood sitting next to you at Happy Hour speaking way too loud to the guy next to him about all of the amazing Apps he loaded onto his new phone. They instituted it to reduce drinking and driving. Thought was if you didn't allow cheap alcohol, drunk driving would decrease. I'm not actually sure if it has worked.shafnutz05 wrote:When someone tried to explain this to me I just found it utterly absurd. Still GF, yes. Except the occasional beer, which makes me feel increasingly like garbage every time I partake.obhave wrote:Do you still also do GF? I have a couple cookbooks that could be useful. I'm doing fine with finding good things to cook. Gluten isn't that pivotal in day to day cooking.
This specific complaint is about ice cream. I have an almost perfect coconut milk ice cream method, but when I make it in large batches, it takes too long to freeze, which makes it icy - not creamy. I need to see what other people are doing to adjust, but no one online is using egg yolks because they are intent on fighting nature.
I guess I could just have originally said, "vegans"

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
Drinking establishments in CA would have 'Ladies Night' cheap drink night to encourage female patronage, which would increase male patronage, which translated to more alcohol sales.
The practice of offering one sex a cost-savings advantage was ruled discriminatory and the practice soon stopped.

It's like your girlfriend broke up with you, so you go get a hair cut, a shave and come back thinking everything will be alright.
