People who use "Number" in lists and then use a letter.
"The next item is Number C."
"The next item is Number C."

People do that? Hmm...
In the same realm as that I do not like "Next is number #14"
No...it's either 'number 14' or '#14'

Use of British soccer terms in 'Murica. It's a team, a field, a uniform and the team is, not are, eliminated.

It's usually used verbally vs. in writing. But I've heard it many times with this morning being the most recent.

Bunch of travelling pet peeves... the lady who empties every thing out of her bag at the security checkpoint including clothing... walking then stopping in the middle of the walkway.

Yeah, don't look like you're going to walk on the moving walk then stop after I have already gotten on the thing.

This is probably rational, but when you're at the gas station and the person at the register takes an extra 30 seconds to put their money away, adjust everything in their wallet, gather all their things, etc. Pick up your **** and get out of the way.

At the least slide down and let everyone else continue.

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
Two weeks ago, some woman walked through the rotating doors and just stopped as soon as she exited, right in front of the door. I was behind her and had no where to go because others were pushing the door to rotate, so I just pretty much ran her over.
F her.
F her.

I was already partially stepping out, not expecting her to stop. It would have been a mess of NAN being smashed between the door and the glass wall if I tried to jump back in.PensFanInDC wrote:You should have just kept going in circles

When the boss says "we're letting you go home early!" and we get to leave 30 minutes before the usual time. Yeah, it's early, but come on.
