That Orton/Jericho match was pretty good from what I saw.
The top rope RKO was telegraphed at the end, but other than that good stuff.

I love how the divas saying "b**ch" and John Cena saying "ass" is now cutting edge and draws a gasp from the crowd.
This is a company that used to have bra and panty matches and porn star gimmicks for their wrestlers.

AJs hold is so easy to counter. Literally just fall over and you land on top of her.
Also, Paige tapped out on AJ'S butt. Nice...

Need? Absolutely not. I just hate that saying a** or B**** is on the verge of getting a "this is awesome" chant.
That Heyman promo from Monday has me thinking, Cena loses, but its blamed on him never turning on the Cenation because of it. He prob comes out tmw talking about how he couldn't be a bully or a beast, and that's what it takes to beat Lesnar.

LOL Lesnar kicks out at 1 and Cena looks at the ref in disbelief. This guy is awful at selling anything.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
So I know they've been calling Cena's move the AA (Attitude Adjustment) but was confused as to why they don't call it the FU anymore.
Cena's explanation as to why it changed makes me sad (teh chi'drenz!). No wonder why wrestling sucks compared to 10 years ago.
Also I was 8 when the Attitude Era started. Don't tell me you're doing it for the children, its not like they're going to be scarred for life if you have a little edge.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
Yeah Cena originally called it the FU in response to Lesnar calling his finisher the F5. WWE pretends like that feud never happened back in 2002/2003.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
They couldn't replicate the attitude era if the tried right now. It was one of those thins that just happened at the right time. You can't force stuff like that. Also for as much good as there was during the attitude era... there was a whole lot of really really bad stuff too.

Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
So basically that Summer Slam beat down never happened. Brock Lesnar. Freaking Lesnar needed outside interference to beat Cena.

And what's worse is that Cena probably remains the #1 contenderDudeMan2766 wrote:So basically that Summer Slam beat down never happened. Brock Lesnar. Freaking Lesnar needed outside interference to beat Cena.

Anyone, esp Rollins to choose of all people Brock Lesnar to want to cash in on.....You really want to try and suspend belief and have fun watching but my God. The logic these people use.MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote:And what's worse is that Cena probably remains the #1 contenderDudeMan2766 wrote:So basically that Summer Slam beat down never happened. Re: The Pro Wrestling Thread
I don't mind that ending at all. It sets up the Hell in a Cell match nicely. No outside interference in a Cell. Pretty standard PPV but not a bad show at all.
