Re: Hossa to DET
Looking at pictures of Hossa this year with the Wings, I noticed the curve on his stick. He has a Bauer Vapor XXX-whatever. Notice the bottom of the shaft. It's sprayed black, as if to hide scorch marks from the middle of the shaft on down. He clearly is modifying his sticks and curving them severely, perhaps illegally. May be something HCDB should think of challenging.
EDIT- Yeah this is stupid, he's on the ice and I'm looking at the Hockey News, but whatever. Bah humbug.

Why don't you just order a volcano double beef burrito from Taco Bell?

This.
I am planning on going to Chipotle (beacause it is within walking distance). You can't make a wrong choice though.

Re: Hossa to DET
hearing him speak from the tiny cubicle today; this game tonight, and for the rest of the series is so not about marian hossa. any and all energy spent tonight at the igloo will be cheering the penguins.
he just part of the team that must be broken and then die.
go pens!

The Pens are 0-2 since Hossa to DET was bumped back to the Pens forum.
Just sayin.

Orpik takes less to stay in Pittsburgh, and then lays out the guy who took less to leave Pittsburgh, Hossa, in the biggest game of the season.
Hossa always scores in Game 4, though.

True, we need to shut him down thursday. We need to shut the entire wings team down thursday for that matter.purelebo84 wrote:Orpik takes less to stay in Pittsburgh, and then lays out the guy who took less to leave Pittsburgh, Hossa, in the biggest game of the season.

Re: Hossa to DET
Fringe Hossa had 1 more point in last year's finals, than what he has now.No more waiting on Marian Hossa to score something. He’s not being paid to make nice spin moves near the side boards.
So says Mitch Albom~

Spin moves and dekes cost you 3 million a year, goals cost roughly around 5!

I just hope the Pens can keep him quiet a little longer. I'm just worried if he wakes up, that could be big, big trouble for us.
The Pens need to jump on them early.

Re: Hossa to DET
Wings fans throwing him back under the bus again...they were smart to lock in the Mule first. For what it's worth, that two goal game Hossa had was the one where Chicago was self-destructing and in a god-awful goaltending situation.

Mitch Albom is the biggest joke in all of sports journalism. It had to be said.
