It's funny though. I went on two interviews and both of them the employer was put off by the fact that I was getting my MBA. I guess they assumed that once I got it, I was going to fly the coup. I guess they don't want to be my stepping stones.

The best scenario is to find a job that will pay for it. Sometimes they will lock in you for a year or two, or you have to repay the funds, but I would want to work for someone that encouraged my career development.

My previous employer paid for the CPA exam, and paid the initial fee for the Beck course, and as long as you completed all of your "homework", they would continue to pay for the repeat courses at a discounted rate if you didn't pass the part.

I remember when I got out of college a few years ago, I was a little sad the fun was "ending", and I had ot work the rest of my life. But you realize:

1) work hard while you are in your 20s, establish your credentials, and it will take you a long way when you have a wife, kids, a mortgage, etc

2) it is a lot of fun when you are working, because afterwards, you have money to actually do things. Yes, there are more bills, but if you budget properly, you can do a lot of fun things.

I'm trying to get everyone out that doesn't participate much, so we can get the game moving.

today is the last time for the week that I have to work the 7-3 shift, (without internet because my boss is there and I cant get on a computer) so the rest of the week I'll be able to be on the majority of the day

haha yea the whole day at work I kept worrying I was gonna get lynched just because I couldn't log on. I got home changed clothes and got online to make sure it didn't happen
