Leafs player goes to swat the puck and “misses” to hit Sid in the head. Nice.

And we are at the part of the game where Carter steals ice time from Puustinen. This man can not be brought back.

Hell if they steal 2 here that'd be a great start and ease it a bit. Not sure where you got not rooting for them from anything I said. Don't see them winning 5 more but taking 2 here would be a huge start.Pitts wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 9:32 pmOr, you could just cheer for your team to win! This one is not over yet.Antonio wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 9:28 pmI mean they can still win a couple of the remaining critical games so it isn't completely finished at this stage, but anyone who thinks a team that has been as bad as they've been is going to go 6-0-2 and then add another 5-0 run to finish the season is kidding themselves. I think if they win the 2x 4 point games, hold out to get a point here and win one of the other two, they could do it and THAT i think is doable.largegarlic wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 9:25 pmYeah, this is what I said in another thread earlier today and got some (good natured) schtick for saying I wasn't sure the Pens could keep getting results against good teams, because it didn't seem like they could hang when the good teams really turn it on. Tonight is another example of that, but I hope they prove me wrong.

As we used to yell in the Igloo, “Hey ref, you’re missing a great game!”

Honestly, taking 1 point here was a great job. Let's hope they can steal a second... pity they don't practice 3 on 3. Sully knows it doesn't matter though so it's all good.

I don’t understand how you don’t start with your best players in OT

How does not see Sid a shift in OT??
This team wins in spite of their coach.
