We need 2 defensemen on the PP. no more 4 forwards.

Not sure which is more of a liability these days... Geno or the PP as a whole...

I think OJ will find the real killer before Mike Sullivan finds who is responsible for the PP being horrible.

Pathetic is about the nicest word I can think to describe this team right now.

God this team is just terrible. Dubas is watching the next 2.73 days though.... THAT is the real serious window, then he'll make a decision... about thinking about dreaming about pondering the idea to contemplate deciding to make a move.

Fire all the coaches. All of them share blame at this point.

It doesn’t matter who is out there when they are set up to always fail.

Look on the bright side. Now GMKD can put up the "for sale" sign with no doubts or second thoughts.

You can blame Geno if you want but no one has ever attributed Geno and defensive play in the same sentence. So why is it that Sully has him on the point of the PP where he would be responsible for defensive play? Makes no sense at all.

That entire PP might have been the worst one of the season, not counting a number of failed 5 on 3 opportunities.

Sully/Reirden goes with the "2nd Unit" for the bulk of it with the thinking that Phillips is going to make a difference.
Then we see Letang and Malkin stay out for 2+ Minutes and get burned for the what was basically a Short Handed Goal.

I wonder what the record for most short-handed goals given up is.

I've watched a lot of hockey in the past 40 years and I have never seen a team so pathetic on the power play.

It baffles the mind to think they are better at 5 on 5 than they are 5 on 4. That defies logic, reality, physics, science, religion, and whatever else you can throw in.

EDIT: Although technically that wasn't a shorthanded goal.

How many months has this been the message? The organization is a joke right now. Top to bottom.
