As Gordon Ramsey says. Shut it down. Donkeys!

Something has to give here. Dubas can’t make a meaningful trade because of the cap and we have nobody of value that we could trade.

Dubas wanted to see how this team responded to the Philly losses. There you go buddy. No show shutout. Game, set, match. Fire em all.

Throw in the very close offsides goal that was challenged, that would make it 4-1. And if felt like it should be 6-1 with the way the Pens played. They really look to be going through the motions right now.

Maybe it was because i didn’t care but I don’t remember seeing Kopppnen or Zohrona in the 3rd and barely hearing Carter, Nylander and Harkins.

Even the hit of the game was a joke…..now we are awarding it to the Pens player that got the worst of the hit. But hey everyone should get a 🏆.

Sid is the first one I am seeing on the post game. Not hearing excuses. Is this on the radio that you're hearing interviews?

If the Pens were a class organization, someone would be at the Sully household with a limo tomorrow to take his wife to the airport so she and her husband can enjoy a nice week in sunny Florida before beginning his new job search.

3 Straight losses with little or no intensity.Progressively worse each loss.
Sully breaks up the only productive line and Smith responds by costing them 2 Goals and gave them zip offensively.
Jarry with a terrible rebound leading to the goal that put it to bed.Average game but not good enough from him.
The bottom 6 are a disaster with all the line juggling and injuries. No forecheck, physical play or energy at all.
Karlsson and Letang with some head scratching and disappointing play.Geno was awful again until he got some shifts with Sid.

The lack of intensity, continued useless PP and aimless play from this team is getting worse and injuries are piling up,
Dubas has stated that he is putting a big emphasis on these 2 games in Florida. He didn't get anything encouraging from this lousy effort.
With Rust,Rakell,Acciari and Nieto injured they are in big trouble up front and a team that looks like it has tuned out the Coaching Staff offers little optimism.

They should have dumped Sullyy and brought in Tocchet when he was still available last year.

Sully certainly got too much of a pass last season since all of the blame was aimed at Hextall. Sully has been given way too long of a leash. Good coach's get fired. It happens all the time.

If I'm trying to be positive, I think it was better than the Philly games in some ways. They didn't give up tons of odd-man chances and shorthanded chances and were generally more structured.

Of course, the downside is that they seemed to have no urgency or intensity, and it was a pretty limp effort.

We've been saying the bottom 6 is a disaster for 7 years with what 19 different players?

I’ve covered Penguins during entirety of Crosby/Malkin era.
When a coach puts them on same line, it’s either to send message or because it’s a last resort.

Maybe both?

Coach Sullivan: "I thought we had opportunities, especially in the 1st period, to put pucks at the net, and we didn't. We're looking for lateral plays and they never materialized. We're trying to encourage them to put the puck at the net more and force [Tampa] to defend."

When Sully speaks the team hears Charlie Browns teacher. For you younger peeps, google it, it is fitting right about now!

Going to be very tough for any new coach to fix the intensity level I saw tonight. It is worth a try but not sure a new coaching staff will happen any time soon. Hope Dubas reads this and other Pens forums.

I could care less what those dunderheads have to say. What's important is what the players and coaches are saying.
