Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
Our CB’s and ILB’s are garbage. That’s 99% of the pass defense. It’s a talent issue and has been for a long time.

When you miss badly on a guy like Devon Bush it’ll set you back a lot. I think a shutdown corner can help a ton and hopefully one is available for them. Not sure there are any ILB that are 1st round worthy.DelPen wrote:Our CB’s and ILB’s are garbage. That’s 99% of the pass defense. It’s a talent issue and has been for a long time.

I’d be mad if winning would make things better.

Winning might actually make things worse, but I hate the Raiders.DelPen wrote:I’d be mad if winning would make things better.

It’s not just Diontae, a lot of WR’s do it, but this running back after a catch is **** stupid.

I get 1 yard if necessary and occasionally, but Diontae seems to go back 5 yards on every catch.DelPen wrote:It’s not just Diontae, a lot of WR’s do it, but this running back after a catch is **** stupid.

Matt Canada special throwing to the line of scrimmage into quintuple coverage when you need 5.
And everyone knew that FG would not be good from 52 when the ball is a **** rock.

Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
That looked like the last choice for Kenny but he’d have a been better off taking a sack there. At least Tomlin wouldn’t make a stupid decision to attempt a field goal.DelPen wrote:Matt Canada special throwing to the line of scrimmage into quintuple coverage when you need 5.

Weird to be on the other side of targets having the ball in their hands and not doing basic football to give up an INT.

For the record, Highsmith is one of the players on defense i cant count on one hand that is good.

I think him, Watt, Heyward, Fitzpatrick, and I think Edmunds are pretty good. Still think Leal and Loudermilk can be good but the rest are pretty replaceable.DelPen wrote:For the record, Highsmith is one of the players on defense i cant count on one hand that is good.

Love a holding call that helped gain less than a yard.

Need 9, throw it 4 into tons of coverage. And still a one score game. Tomlin is a moron.

Just a draft pick game. No matter what happens, neither of these teams will make the playoffs.DelPen wrote:Need 9, throw it 4 into tons of coverage. And still a one score game. Tomlin is a moron.

Kenny is looking more like a bust than anything else.

I think he’ll have a Matt Ryan kind of career. Good QB that never wins anything.DelPen wrote:Kenny is looking more like a bust than anything else.

Freiermuth should be the number one red zone target. I think anything else is a failure on Matt Canada’s part.DelPen wrote:Approve of the review but should be a catch

Win the next two, have the dolphins or chargers lose out, only to tie Cleveland on the final game to get a crappy draft pick position and just miss the playoffs. HahaDaniel wrote:Which prediction?Grunthy wrote:Lol. If they pull this off, my prediction is getting closer.
