Only fitting on Thanksgiving, the Steelers play "let's give the football away". Let's see if Big Ben has another comeback in him.

Well, that 3rd quarter sure turned sour. Get some oxygen boys. Need you to play a tad more error free for the 4th.

12-17 vs. combined 25-89 teams since 2013. That is abysmal. One constant since 2013. Tomlin.
Cannot blame it on the dc....he fired him.
Cannot blame it on the oc....he fired him.
Better start looking in the mirror.

Did they finish with -4 TO ratio? Awful. They had this thing well in hand and then proceeded to give it away! Those are the worst kinds of defeats.

That last throw seemed suspiciously weak. Wasn't even in the same area code.

He's Dan Bylsma for the NFL. Living off one Super Bowl win with someone else's team, never has a losing record in the regular season, but plays down to the level of a bad opponent, usually loses in the playoffs to teams they should beat.pronovost19 wrote:12-17 vs. combined 25-89 teams since 2013. I read somewhere that the Steelers in the 70s were undefeated against teams that ended the season with a losing record, during their Super Bowl run. I get in today's age of parody....err parity.... that any team can win, but Tomlin tends to get outcoached all the time and they lose to teams they have no business losing to.

Seeing how long the Chiefs and NFL were sitting in the Hunt video I am amazed they didn’t trade for Bell for insurance

What I found interesting (read: not credible) was the Chiefs claimed they released Hunt for lying, not for kicking the crap out of some woman. OTOH, there was no elevator, nor a knockout punch, which was a slight upgrade over Ray Rice's handiwork.DelPen wrote:Seeing how long the Chiefs and NFL were sitting in the Hunt video I am amazed they didn’t trade for Bell for insurance
Edit to add: Unlike Rice, I think Hunt will be back in the NFL.

Hunter decides to dive for a ball that he only needed to keep running for and ends up hurting himself and is out the rest of the game.

Apparently there’s a 2nd tape now. Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
This team is missing a 2nd competent Corner, an ILB and maybe another safety. That’s all. Won’t help this year but one or two can be addressed at the draft and rest free agency not having to be held hostage by Bell.
Offense though, if they don’t get stupid can outscore anyone

Of course, another missed PAT by Boswell coming back to haunt them.

The hold was horrible. If you look at all the misses most have iffy holds. If Berry gets it down clean Boswell isn’t missing.PensFanSince1970 wrote:Of course, another missed PAT by Boswell coming back to haunt them.
