2016 Schreibdog Playoff Picks!

Post by schreibdog »

Hey all,

**Mods feel free to move this to another area if needed**

I've set up my playoff picks for this year at http://www.schreibdog.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Lots of LGP'ers have joined in the past and I hope you all come back again this year. And you can add yourself to the LGP.com group on the sign-up page to see how you're doing against the rest of the board members.

How the Playoff Pool works:
Create an account at http://www.schreibdog.com/join.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (all accounts from last year are removed so you'll need to sign up again if you joined last year) and then log into the playoff system and make your round 1 predictions. You'll be sent an email to complete the rest of the bracket after round 1 ends.

Feel free to invite friends you know that may be interested and tell them to go to http://www.schreibdog.com/join.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and sign up.
It's totally free (you can join the money pool if you want), and the more the merrier, I say...I had 50 people in this last season, and I'd like even more this year.
The homepage (http://www.schreibdog.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) will show the results once the first round begins.
YOU CAN LOGIN AND CHANGE YOUR PICKS UNTIL WEDNESDAY EVENING at 7:00PM ET! After that, the round is closed.

Scoring:
1 point is rewarded for correct round 1 selections, 2 points for round 2, 3 for round 3, and 4 for the Stanley Cup finals.
Once the following round match-ups are defined, you'll be sent a note to log back into http://www.schreibdog.com/playoffs.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and make your selections.

PM me or just reply to this thread if you have any questions.

Let the madness begin...
Pens all the way! :D

If you want to do both, I would submit a second bracket. Or I can just change your existing one to a pay entry. Let me know

So are we just skipping the Lightning-Isles series? Because after the first period I might change my pick :)

Ha, I wish. Really disappointed with the way the NHL has scheduled the playoffs.

FYI to everyone that has participated, complete your bracket by 7:30 PM tonight before everything closes!

Just to make sure - when I was filling the 2nd round picks, I was asked to pick everything up to the SC finals (and enter like 3 levels of tie-breaks). Does it mean we are now done with the picks regardless how the 2nd round turns out to be (that is, do we now play the system similar to NCAA BB March Madness)? Thanks!

Hmm. I'm second from last of those who picked all four rounds. And I only got 1 non-Pens series correct.
