I wish we could see this type of skill in everyday NHL games. I'm sure there are many, many NHL pros with the capability to dangle & juke (not to this level, but certainly up there).

More "hockey players are good people."
While playing for the Boston Bruins in 2013, Andrew Ference learned of a little girl who was coming to watch his team play. The five-year old child was battling a life-threatening disease and Ference was touched by her story.

Season's over...

For Chicago. Oh well, I like them; too bad about Kane. We've been through it though so to Blackhawks fans...

Connor Mcdavid went off tonight. 6 points in a 8-4 game.

Was it last night where he had that "beat the world" goal or the night before?

This was his second goal last night. Video quality is eh, but still a coast to coaster. Guelph is the defending OHL champs and although not as good as last year, they still aren't a bad squad this year.

The Blackhawks apparently have severe locker room issues, possibly involving a fight between teammates, possibly related to a player, possibly Patrick Sharp, possibly nailing a teammate's wife.

Did you read the article? They converted her section to "VIP" and her tickets went up 150%. She hasn't spent the $20K yet for next year. It only happened to her section. They didn't even warn her, just sent her an invoice.

Great season for Gio, hope he's able to return...if he can't, Letang has a real shot at the Norris...the loss of Gio will also probably free up some Hart votes...

1.Mon vs. 8.Bos
2.NYI vs. 7.Was
3.TB vs. 6.Pit
4.NYR vs. 5.Det

1-8 was much better than this current format. Potential playoff matchups were different every day, even if you were a runaway No. 1 seed.

Much more intrigue on a day to day basis with the 1-8 playoff race. Now, the potential playoff matchups are very limited.
What'd'ya think?

I think they should just go back to how it was before Detroit got all uppity about it.

If you're going to go divisional, it should be pure divisional. No contest. 1-4/2-3 in the Patrick semis, winner plays for the Patrick Division title, winner of each division plays for the Prince of Wales Trophy...easy. Having this goofball wildcard thing just mucks it up. Play it straight up or go back to the 1-8/2-7 deal...
