Meh, tough call on the bang-bang play...ideally, no, it's probably not. Niskanen loads up for the hit, Couturier tries to get out of the way but leaves his leg behind unfortunately for him, so he gets clipped...obviously, no intent from Niskanen...

Strange but true, one of the capitals early ideas for their winter classic game was actually to hold it on the mall in DC, they would have brought in temporary stands that could have held about 10,000 people. besides the low attendance figures (and gate recipients), the plan got nixed because of logistic issues.

That would have been a pretty cool site though.
