I haven't really thought it was very funny. for one I think the main kid seems a like a pretty bad actor and I'm not sure that he can carry it.

I just saw that on TVbythenumbers, that is really disheartening. I feel like the show has gotten quite enjoyable too.newarenanow wrote:Saw an article where Gotham and Sleepy Hollow are tanking in the raitings. Makes me sad.
And WRT James Franco being involved in an 11/22/63 TV series, while the instant reaction is revulsion, before he got all goofy with this Seth Rogen crap he's actually a pretty decent dramatic actor in his own right. I mean, he was nominated for an AA for 127 hours.

Re: TV Shows
finished up the doctor who run on netflix from Eccleston up through Matt Smith. I started with the Matt Smith dr and then went back to the beginning and watched through until he came back up. The first few episodes of Eccleston are a bit rough, so I'm glad I didn't start from there or I might have not made it through the rest of the series. The last season of David Tennant and the first season of Matt Smith is some of the most enjoyable tv I've ever watched. Through all 7 seasons, there are definitely some clunkers, but overall this has become one of my favorite tv shows. Looking forward to watching Peter Capaldi's run. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something different.

I can't believe the last Sunny episode. I mean, I knew what they were talking about at the first mention of the "Asian creampie" - OF COURSE YOU WOULD SARCASTIC - but was that a little to much for TV? I dunno..... lol

Re: TV Shows
Depends on the kind of cooking show. I love Good Eats because it not only teaches you recipes but also techniques and the science/history behind the food.

Did you like it better than the first? That was a totally gnarly first season, I love the accents and music.

No idea but I love watching Chopped, Iron Chef (the original. All they do in the American Iron Chef is make ice cream) and Good EatsIdoit40fans wrote:What is the appeal of watching cooking shows?
Also, any show that has a robotic assembly line. Like how they make mass produced candy. It's like a drug for me
