I just don't feel like getting into specifics. Cherry picking the RIP thread for lame postings is a bit macabre, even though I have a few good ones in mind. I do enjoy PFiDC getting the vapors even though this thread has seen at least one Yoko Ono inspired tickle fight in the last month.

Perhaps some are skeptical that the mourning by a particular person is actually more important than the desire to be "FIRST!" to the RIP thread. This isn't about you, just commentary on the tone of the thread.

Considering here and Facebook are the only places where I imagine most of us comment publicly on someone's passing, that isn't really that surprising that's the vibe.

If/when the inevitable day comes, do you think you'd come into this thread to bid adieu to Jo Ramírez? (That would probably get mentioned in the F1 thread, but I think you get the idea by the example)
