Good one. That's a great time if you wanted either zero napkins or ninety depending on the style of dispenser.mac5155 wrote:When the napkin dispenser is overfilled

To eat rice using chopsticks, follow this simple plan:mac5155 wrote:Larger pieces of food (beef chicken shrimp, etc) I am good. 1. Place one chopstick in center of right palm.
2. Place second chopstick on top of first chopstick, slightly above center of right palm.
3. Take bowl/plate of rice in left hand.
4. Elevate left hand and shovel rice off of bowl/plate into your pie hole like a freaking awesome American hero, boy.

I use chopsticks with every rice meal, which is probably two or three times a week. We have four sets of porcelain chopsticks we use them so much.

When unloading the dishwasher, and there is water that settles in Tupperware, the dimples on the bottom of a cup, etc.

Due to this, I usually try to listen for the "click" when the dishwasher is done so I can make sure there isn't any water sitting on top of anything.cheesesteakwithegg wrote:When unloading the dishwasher, and there is water that settles in Tupperware, the dimples on the bottom of a cup, etc.

We reduced the amount of dishes in our home to 1 set per person and have been hand washing everything as soon as we use it. We have only been using the dishwasher for things we want to sanitize (anything that touched raw meat). I have to say that I actually enjoy it and it removes the problem of the sitting water which is also a peeve of mine.

0901 email: hey i havent heard back from you, i am going to send it out
0902 email to group: (text of group email that is completely wrong)
0928 i check my email and see the 0849 email is grossly incorrect. what kind of TAT do people expect on their emails? 12 minutes?

Re: Your irrational pet peeves
People that feel the need to post on FB/Twitter/wherehaveyou that "So and so health expert reveals how awful McDonalds'/Coke/smiliar vice is!!!"
REALLY?! McDonald's is bad for me? I had no idea! Everytime I walked into a McDonald's, I thought I was eating health food! It's obnoxious.
And speaking of McDonald's, they ran what I thought was a nice ad during the football games yesterday, showing different sentiments on their signs across the country. Immediately on social media it was a barrage of "Too bad your food sucks" or "stop selling pink slime" or 1000 other similar comments.
I guess my lesson here is stay off social media.

Someone on here complained about the new McD's ads, but I think they're actually pretty decent. Better than showing food that is clearly setup in a photo studio being served to 20 something's that have bodies that clearly don't eat food from McDs.

I was annoyed by the animated cartoon one because the song is annoyingly catchy and I think I've seen it at least once during every commercial break during the games this weekend.dodint wrote:Someone on here complained about the new McD's ads, but I think they're actually pretty decent. lol, yeah. I've had it in my head since this conversation started. Who sings it? Kind of sounds like a Regina Spektor diddy.Sam's Drunk Dog wrote:I was annoyed by the animated cartoon one because the song is annoyingly catchy and I think I've seen it at least once during every commercial break during the games this weekend.dodint wrote:Someone on here complained about the new McD's ads, but I think they're actually pretty decent. The genius of the ad was how I noticed it while fast forwarding. Almost subliminal advertising

Good point. A slide show style ad is one you'd still notice while fast forwardingLeopardLetang wrote:The genius of the ad was how I noticed it while fast forwarding. Almost subliminal advertising
