first episode was ok, nothing spectacular, but I'll watch anything he touches.
i tried to enjoy it...did not.
Followed Christopher O'Dowd into this. Giving it a run on Amazon Prime/HBO GO.

Checked after midnight and the new flash was up. Bonus.

Spoiler:
a bit of "It's a Wonderful Life" thrown in there but it came off pretty well.
OH, and the twist:
Spoiler:
Finally they finish off what was started in last season's finale

Weird, as I watched it from the xfinity site Tuesday night. They do delay things though...Star Wars Rebels can take 2-3 days to show up as available online.

Agreed....just watched the last week's episode (so one behind)
Spoiler:
Love the introduction of Victor Zsasz. The show seems to really be starting to find itself.

After two episodes, I like it. If the entire half hour was just him on the awkward dates it would be good enough, the rest is just a bonus.

There's a reason I'll typically stick out the first season of a new show. I can take a little while for things to come together. Gotham is getting really interesting now that the storyline is coming together.

I try to keep a close eye on TVbythenumbers, because they do a great job predicting what shows will be canceled or renewed. Gotham is very high on the renew index, and is actually higher than any other show except Family Guy/Simpsons (highest non-animated FOX show).

I'll always watch the first couple eps, but if it is plainly apparent the show is going nowhere, I'll stop watching it. The way I look at it, that's like 8-12 hours of my life I'll never get back if it's canceled. I can always watch On Demand later if it picks up.

I need to get back into Gotham. I've taken three weeks off while I try to get caught up on Arrow. I'm midway through episode 9 of season two and its been amazing so far.
Spoiler:
- I love Summer Glau.
- Barry Allen was introduced sooner than I expected. I knew he had a few episode cameo on Arrow where the events of the show turned him into The Flash, so I expected his appearance to come closer toward the end of the season. Grant Gustin seems solid as the character.
- Malcolm Merlyn. I hate that d-bag.
- Moira mentioning Ra's Al Ghul caught my attention big time. Sara mentioned him in an earlier episode, but it was quite surprising to hear that level of involvement and knowledge from Mama Queen.
- Laurel is starting to annoy me and looks less hot this season. Face looks different.

My 2 favorite shows are Archer and Arrow, yet have nothing in common.

Just watched this week's Gotham
Spoiler:
I like how they intersperse individual cases with the larger plot line of the show. It makes for a nice mix of single episodes and multi-episode arcs.

Also, it is apparent that Penguin is clearly coming into his own as the psychopathic guy he was meant to be. The scenes with his mom still weird me out though.

Oh, and the one bad part of the show (even if she is hot) is Gordon's fiancee. She sucks at acting, sucks at everything.

the "Ar" is the best comparison you could come up with? Not the fact that Green Arrow is an Archer?

But in this instance Archer isn't a description but a name. Maybe this made more sense in my head.

Chloe Bennett (Skye) confirmed it at PaleyFest back in March.

I don't disagree with your thoughts about Skye and Raina at all, though. Just that the cat's been out of the bag regarding the blue alien for a while.

If my wife falls asleep during Arrow again I am going to tell her that I am going to finish watching the series and she can catch up when she wants to. Every time we find a show we both love it becomes instant valium.

I have the same problem. There is a GREAT show I want to finish but she never wants to watch it.

When I moved a few weeks ago she stayed with the DVR and I left. It was the first time we've had the awkward issue of who is going to wait to watch which shows. Ended up saying don't worry about it and now she's watching SOA, Newsroom, Blacklist, Sleepy Hollow without me. :(

Tables will turn, though. I'm coming to pick the DVR up at New Years and she's staying there till June.
