Every game they've won is by one or two goals... couple that with a 7-1 loss and a 3-0 loss, and what you see is what you get.

Timeliness in close games. Also, these kind of ratios are influenced early on by blow outs. And they succumbed to Tampa Bay 7-1 early in the year. So, if they lose that 2- or 3-1. Otherwise, they'd be 29:22, 29:23 what have you and it wouldn't look so bad.
They're a good team, but can't pull away from opponents, but aren't prone to getting pinned on their back for long...

Really curious to see if the Bruins are just reeling from injuries so far or if this is the season they spiral down. They've the 2nd worst record in the Atlantic. With Mon and Tbl emerging I'm thinking it's the latter...

They have been bothered by injuries, but also, they have not been playing defensive hockey. I've seen the Bruins a couple times this year already, and they aren't collapsing down like they used to, they're losing one on one battles, they're getting beat back to their net, they're loitering out high...I mean, it's one thing to lose your fading #1 d-man, it's another to not have the forward support that you're used to...it's more important now than ever, as guys like Warsofsky and Joe Morrow are going to be thrust into action, and they'll need help...

You know the saying "Red sky at night, fisherman's delight"? Well, I went out the next morning on my boat, and didn't catch a single fish.
