Where to find advanced statistics

Post by wondermoose »

So since extraskater.com is dead, where are people getting advanced statistics from? That site was stupidly awesome and had access to every situation, from individual, to single game box scores, to season-long, and career. Has someone stepped up and created a new version of it yet? The two top hits on google (Behind the Net and Hockey Analysis) are god awful.

Considering the range from first to worst is 24.0 to 3.2 across 749 players, the fact he was 0.5 below the next best player is even more damning. More damning still, that next best player was John Scott. Ouch.

Arbitrarily add 2 stats together. Divide by minutes played. Boom advanced stat.
