Im pretty sure if the league imposes a penalty that the team can't. I think the steeler's hands were tied unless they wanted to just bail on a legitimate franchise qb in his prime.

Heading to the OBX this weekend. Is Barefoot Bernies a good enough Steeler bar or do I have to go down to Lucky 12?

We're staying in Southern Shores, was hoping to avoid the drive. I wonder if it's on TV.
hah, it is. Suck it Baltimore. I'll probably just walk to Coastal Provisions and get something tasty to bring back.

I won't post the responses. Some are not board friendly. Most are quite predictable considering what happened yesterday.

It's short attention span football theater. In other words, I love it.shafnutz05 wrote:Agreed. Wide receivers seem to be a close second.dodint wrote:When was the last QB arrested for something? Ryan Leaf.count2infinity wrote:I don't think there's a criminal free team in the NFL anymore.... just some have more than others.
All I can conclude from all this is that RBs are awful people.

Remember the Pouncey birthday party incident earlier this summer? It was announced today that both Pouncey brothers will not be charged.

If the Steelers beat the Colts they probably suck me back in from the perspective of hope.

True, but a victory over an impressive Colts team that is first in scoring and passing offense (gulp) would suck back in all but the most jaded of fans.Troy Loney wrote:I can remind you of terrible loses to the bucs and browns if you want me to.slappybrown wrote:If the Steelers beat the Colts they probably suck me back in from the perspective of hope.

How will you feel when Luck sets the record for most completed passes in a game against the Steelers?slappybrown wrote:If the Steelers beat the Colts they probably suck me back in from the perspective of hope.

The line in this game has been bet the whole way from PK to -3 Indy. That's promising.

If I had to guess an early score prediction, Indianapolis 34, Steelers 20. I predicted a four point Steelers victory last week, and just missed the exact numbers, but it ain't happening.

Re: Official 2014-2015 Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
Pretty much my thoughts. The only way I see them in this game is if the offense can stay out of their own way and put up a lot of points. Either that or someone Kimo Von Ollhoffen's Andrew Luck. (not that I am advocating that).Letang Is The Truth wrote:There's a 0% chance the steelers win. Andrew luck my throw for 800 yards
Just don't see dem Stillers being in this one.

Re: Official 2014-2015 Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
I think it's a winnable game. The Steelers offense can be competent, and the Colts aren't a strong defensive team. The Steelers are capable of winning a shootout.
