If anything, I prefer my quoted reply to be at the top of the next page for visibility. The bottom is da worst

I value comedic timing and the new page really blows it.
Yes, I said I value comedic timing in forum posts. This is serious bidness.
Being on the bottom allows you to finish.

Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but aren't RV companies some of the biggest defenders of senior citizen driving rights? It baffles me that there is no special license required to drive a big-ass RV while hauling a vehicle.

when the person behind you in line puts the grocery stick on the conveyor belt before you finish unloading your cart. I literally got there 1 second before you did, sorry you came in second place, doesn't mean you should decide how much room I have to put my groceries, ya jerk.

That's something only an insane person would do. I've never seen that happen in my entire life.count2infinity wrote:when the person behind you in line puts the grocery stick on the conveyor belt before you finish unloading your cart. I've seen it before. Like that person couldn't wait 4 seconds for me to set down my stuff after scanning my Iggle card.

Maybe that 1 sec was you cutting them off or racing to the line to beat them to the checkout, ya jerk.count2infinity wrote:when the person behind you in line puts the grocery stick on the conveyor belt before you finish unloading your cart. Speaking of Giant Eagle, was there yesterday and noticed that many of their "sales" are now you must by 4 or 3 (or whatever) to get the discount. For example, Pepsi 12 packs were on sale 4 for 12. But in order to get that price, you had to buy 4. Lesser quantities were sold at $4.99 each. Miss the days when I could get one 12 pack for $3.

People who use Skype in a public place without earphones/earbuds. My breakfast was completely ruined this morning by some jagoff who was skyping with his wife while she compalined to him that their Home Entertainment System (HES) was so difficult to set up and she couldn't figure out how to turn on the DVR.

Another grocery line peeve:
This happens a lot. I'll walk up to a line with 1 person in front of me. There are maybe 3 or 4 items left on the belt and all of them are, obviously, up near the cashier. I'll stand at the back of the belt and place my items (usually 2 or 3 things) there, a good 3 or 4 feet from the front of the belt. The person in front looks at me and places the plastic divider behind his/her items like I'm hoping the cashier will wait for my items to reach him/her and that I will win free groceries at the expense of the poor shlub in front of me.
Calm down buddy. I wont let them ring up my stuff on your bill.
