I wasn't sure about something, so I submitted something (no details necessary). An email back to me from the originator would have sufficed and cleared up said problem. Why is there a need to CC my two immediate supervisors? Especially when I have spoken with you before and we have a good rapport? Go die in a fire, *****.

If Shafty is going to continue down this paranoid path of destruction, I believe we are going to want to start thinking about anger management counseling or an intervention. His posts have been filled with *'s lately and it's coming through as a cry for help. I'm really starting to get worried that he's going to start some type of poetry slam thread.
just noticed it this year... maybe defenders have done it before and I just haven't seen it or maybe it's just a follow up to offensive players celebrating first downs, but when defenders celebrate getting the opposition into a 4th down by putting a fist up. Congrats, you did your job. Want a cookie?
I guess I'm more conservative and think celebration should be left for something that only happens a couple times again... if you score a touchdown, if you sack someone, if you get an INT. that sort of stuff.
When needing to turn left on to a main road or out of a parking lot. Cars coming from the left so you can't turn yet...as soon as that clears, every car in the city is coming from the right so you still can't go. Leaving my gym is like this and its affiliated with a hospital right down the road so there are cars coming and going from it all day. Its almost impossible to get a clear lane both ways to pull out left.
I have that problem leaving my grocery store. Most times, I'll just make a right, then the next two right and a left at a light onto the original street. Huge pain.
