Re: TV Shows
I was just thinking earlier today after twc sayign something about it getting back on track that Common must have wanted off the show. I think if they would have sprinkled in Elam's story a bit in each episode it would have been better than the way they handled it in one shot.

Blacklist is great but MY LORD the lack of proper procedure is mind boggling. I'm not keen (pun intended) on proper FBI guidelines but taking a personal call while in pursuit of a suspect has to be frowned upon.

I thought Gotham was good again. The Penguins mom was weird, and there are still some campy stuff, but overall I like the nature of the show. I'm sure over time some of the bugs will work itself out. I hope it last 4-5 seasons and is given a chance.
The girl that plays catwoman though is weird to look at.

Re: TV Shows
Also, I watched the Simpsons season premiere. Definitely disappointed with Krusty's dad being the one who died, especially after all of the hype. It seemed like a few times Krusty was going to go too, but obviously he didn't. That would have been a shocker that would have satisfied the hype. To me though, nothing beats the "who shot Mr. Burns" thing between season 5 and 6 I believe (or it was 6 and 7). Maybe because I was still young, but they had so many promotions, games, etc, and it was actually fun.
Still have to watch the Family Guy cross over though.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine premiere was good. Thought Sleepy Hollow second ep better than the premiere.
Didn't get to watch Castle last night.

Re: TV Shows
have you ever watched Law & Order SVU? those are the worst cops ever! people always shooting each other in the precinct, whenever they tell a witness that they can protect them I always scream "don't do it!" because they always end up being attacked &/or dead by the end of the episode.PensFanInDC wrote:Blacklist is great but MY LORD the lack of proper procedure is mind boggling. Re: TV Shows
Blacklist has no international jurisdiction extradition laws. They carry personal cell phones while in the field. I'm not even sure they have prosecuted a single bad guy. They always die. The words "Do you have a warrant?" are not used in that universe.
I still love the show though...
