I had to stop watching in the first season because it was getting uncomfortable, can't imagine where they went to get darker...

The last Walking Dead anything that I watched was when a couple of them were trapped in a barn and the guy brought over the motor home for them to jump on... but never bothered closing the door (?) so the zombies just went in and killed him... I was done.

Worst cancellation by Fox ever. Firefly's cancellation isn't even close.

TWD was much much better this year. Worth hanging in there through the farm and prison eras

Darrell Hammond to return to SNL as the new announcer.

And he'll be using his own voice instead of the imitating Don Pardo which he did for a season while Pardo was ill.

You could probably mash up S3 and S4 and have one really good season

We're still there - two episodes to go - recorded when it originally aired. Requires so much more time to pay attention than the normal network or cable hours, and other shows become higher priority to catch up on (such as Person of Interest)

1st episode of Ray Donovan was average. I don't like to judge a show based on one episode but it wasn't anything special. Does it get better or was that a good example of the overall show?

Two different commercials for Scorpion make it look like two entirely different shows especially when you when you see them back to back.

It gets better. Good but not great show. A step or three down from Breaking Bad/The Wire/Sopranos, but certainly better than anything on network television.

I didn't like either take. If I want to deal in rise of the nerds I'll keep listening to the Nerdist podcast.

And yeah, I lol'd a bunch of times at the Height Supremacist stuff on The League this week.

The Sproles little fountain was very funny. Teflandre is no more, and Taco Corp is blowin up huge.

Oh and I thought Ruxin's kid on the clear was funny

I officially removed The Strain from the DVR.

Started Arrow on Netflix last night. A little cheesy, and maybe not the best scripts and acting, but I'm enjoying it 3 episodes in.

HoW
Spoiler:
With the Elam debacle behind us and Bohanon's family back at the Mormon fort, it looks like business is going to pick up. The throw everyone in jail plot is kinda of whatever, but I'm looking forward to seeing Cullen in ass kicking mode again.

Season one gets a lot better towards the end, and pretty much all of season two is very good.

Stick with Arrow. It's slow to start but picks up. What ajh said.

I'm a big fan of superhero tv shows done by CW so I'm a little biased but it's one of my favorite shows on tv.

That's what I kept reading in the reviews. I'm loving the running gag of how he ditches his bodyguards.

I was actually searching to see if AOS was on Netflix, it was not but they suggested this.

Halfway through season 2 of arrow, nice to be able to watch again, this show is good to binge, going to be strange watching it a week at a time. This season seems more predictable as it focuses more on the overall story arc where the 1st seemed more episodic. I'm digging it.

Finished season 5 of Dr who, there were a few slow episodes, but loved the season overall.
