i don't have anything new to say that we didn't cover last time around other than this...people who keep banging the drum you're banging aren't exactly gaining credibility as time passes.

Is there a credibility accreditation service that I was not aware of, or are you arbitrarily determining credibility by deciding that anyone that doesn’t agree with your viewpoint is lacking credibility.

The problem is the only people paying attention at this point are those with a dog in the fight. While the general public's attention had moved on within weeks of the punishment being handed down, the legal ramifications were still in their infancy and are ongoing to this day. The Paterno's defamation lawsuit has gained traction. The Freeh Report has as much credibility as a high school book report. Let everyone think what they want, the narrative has already been written.

I haven't been posting the many updates I read in here consistently, but I think I'll start doing that more often.

I don't have a link but based on some of Ryan Bagwell's tweets it looks like he did well in court today in regards to obtaining email records between Tomalis and Freeh. The judge presiding over the case seems to agree with Ryan that Freeh should not be considered as an attorney for PSU and therefore Attorney-Client privilege wouldn't apply. If he rules this way, it will impact the Paterno lawsuit against the NCAA, Spanier's lawsuit against Freeh, and the Curley/Spanier/Schultz trial in a similar manner and allow them to obtain more records during discovery that could benefit all of their cases.
