Mexican Beer.

Modelo Especial
Top notch call here with the Modelo

I can fathom all day drinking with an IPA in cold weather. But a summer afternoon is not an occasion for two hearted ale. My top two choices are, Modelo cans or Pilsner Urquell bottles.

They are one of the few places on the East Coast where you can get Russian River beers. Take advantage of the Pliny or Blind Pig. If you like sours, then the Monk's Cafe Flemish Sour Ale is definitely a must have. I had that last time I was there and it was absolutely delicious.

Oberon is always a good choice, but I feel like I've been drinking that all summer

You will be asleep by six PM with that beer selection haha

Blind pig was out. Had a local Belgium that was preset good and a Allagash/Sierra Nevada combo inspired by the Appalachian trail. I'll have to try the Monk's beer next time.

So I just saw that the sierra nevada beer camp 12 pack is at a local bottle shop. I"m interested. Apparently it's sierra nevada teaming up with 12 breweries and putting all 12 beers in one case. How expensive was it? I'm thinking $25ish?

I haven't had a Sierra Nevada beer in at least 2-3 years. I never liked their stuff. What's their best beer that I can actually get in PGH area?

I tried that Coors Summer Brew radler stuff. If you blindfolded me I wouldve thought it was Bud Light Lime.

My favorite Sierra Nevada was always just their main brand line. I like the winter Celebration too.

I had Amstel Radler at Firestone for the WGC. Actually not bad, and it was only 2% ABV (I couldn't believe it either).
